Cancellation & Booking Policy
- Due to a limited number of spots in classes, we ask you to cancel/reschedule up to 8 hours prior to the start time of your class.
- To reschedule a class please login to the website.
- You can only reschedule a booking with the same class type.
- If you purchased a package & cancel a class 8 hours before, the class will be added again to your package.
- If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, the class will still be deducted from the package.
- Classes and packages purchases are final, non-transferrable & non-refundable.
- Memberships and special offers are non-freezable unless it's for a medical condition. A medical note needs to be provided to confirm the need of suspension.
