I want to start pole, but I have never done it before – can I join ?
Pole is for everyone, every body shape & fitness level. The reality is, most of us weren’t strong, flexible or fit at all before we started. You don’t have to get fit to pole, you start pole to get fit 🙂 You build your strength as you learn and progress, and you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve in just one class!
What do I wear for Pole Class ?
We recommend shorts & a top as you need the skin to grip the pole. We highly advise you to not apply lotion 24hrs before class as you will slip, and jewelry needs to be removed.
Please bring water, towel & a yoga mat (if you don’t have a yoga mat you can use the studio mats)
