Meet our Instructors : Lena Loskill

Lena is a certified pole dancing instructor, having completed her training at Cologne Pole Fitness in 2017. Since then she has taught and performed in various locations and countries including Germany, Australia, and Malta. 

Lena fell in love with this mesmerizing art form & is extremely passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits that come with it. Opening a studio with her sister has been a dream come true and Wise Panda is now her happy place and second home

Introducing

Yoga Instructor : Karolína Kulasová

In the beginning of 2022 she completed a six-month course of 150 hours as a Yoga Instructor at the Improve Academy in Ostrava and started teaching in yoga studios.

That same year, Karolina set up her own business as a yoga teacher, and yoga became her full-time job. In February 2023, she completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training online course from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center based in Pennsylvania, USA. As part of this course, Karolina also completed the continuing education in the form of 25 hours of Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, 25 hours of Chair Yoga Teacher Training and Ayurveda Specialist. She likes to educate herself in the field of yoga and really enjoys the journey of self-development.

With a passion for teaching beginners, she creates a supportive and empowering environment for those stepping into the world of pole dance. Each class is thoughtfully designed to help students grow and flourish, ensuring they leave with a new move, a boost of confidence, or a moment of personal achievement—all set to her amazing playlists
